GRANT BROWN
By the grace of God, Grant was converted at the age of 9. After nine years of teaching in the public school system, Grant was called to pastor Crossroad Church in 2021. He is a graduate from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his Masters of Divinity. He is married to his best friend, Karissa and they have four children. His favorite book outside of the Bible is Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ by John Piper. Grant's favorite pastors and preachers are: Matthew Wiese, Doug Shivers, Mat Whitaker, Bret Capranica, Jerry Tharp, and David Koch.
MATTHEW WIESE
Matthew Wiese was saved by the grace of God in second grade. He is a software developer and system administrator at DWebware. Matthew is married to Lori and they have four children and several animals, including goats. His favorite book of the Bible is Romans and his favorite fictitious works are J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings series and The Hobbit.

ROGER RICHERT
Jesus Christ drew Roger into His family as a freshman in high school. He has owned his own business twice and worked in almost every area of construction over the past 50 years. Just recently, Roger retired from his last paying job as a heavy equipment operator. Roger and his wife Madelene met in their early teens and have been married for 50 years! They are blessed with four fabulous children and ten grandchildren. Roger enjoys reading and listening to John MacArthur, John Piper, and Alistair Begg. His hobbies include hunting, reading, traveling and sailing when God allows.
JOSH SALEH
Josh Saleh was saved by grace, through faith in Christ, by his Savior and Lord at the age of 12. He is grateful for God's goodness and mercy throughout his successes and failures in life. Josh is a medical device sales representative in the orthopedic industry. He finds great joy in supporting his surgeon customers for the good of their patients. Josh is married to the love of his life Sara and they have two children. He enjoys reading and listening to Voddie Baucham, Paul Washer, and Jonathan Edwards. His hobbies are anything and everything in God's great outdoors including hunting, fishing, gardening, and hiking.
DUSTIN HEINOLD
Dustin was born and raised in a Christian home in northern Iowa, but it wasn't until he was in his early 30's that the Lord saved him and he followed the Lord in believers baptism. Dustin has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sandra, for over 25 years. They have been blessed with 5 wonderful children who are all trusting in Christ, and 4 adorable grandchildren. Dustin enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, playing any sport that involves a ball, and hanging out with his wonderful church family at Crossroad. Dustin's favorite preacher is Pastor Grant Brown. One of his favorite verses is Romans 8:1 " Therefore there is now no condemnation at all for those who are in Christ Jesus.
AARON JOHNSTON
Aaron was blessed to grow up in a pastor's home where he heard the gospel faithfully taught from his earliest years. He trusted in Christ as his Savior by age 7. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies and Counseling from Faith Baptist Bible College where he met and married his wonderful wife Luree. They've been blessed with four great children and, so far, two precious granddaughters. Aaron loves to talk theology and listen to great southern gospel quartet singing.
